The Australian government's Department of Health & Ageing have stated
that;
‘it is the department’s position
that as long as all components of the descriptor for item 11711 are fulfilled,
use of the HCG-801-E to obtain measurements necessary to fulfil the descriptor
for item 11711 is appropriate’

activated, single or multiple event recording, utilising a memory recording
device which is capable of recording for at least 30 seconds after each
activation, including transmission, analysis, interpretation and report -payable
once in any 4 week period
